Dr. Tung acquired Core Physical Therapy in 2016. He expanded the practice into Core Medical Group with the addition of pain management, sports and orthopedic medicine, and regenerative therapies
Our state-of-the-art facilities include a fluoroscopy suite for x-ray guided pain management procedures, an EMG/ nerve conduction suite for electrodiagnostic testing, musculoskeletal ultrasound for precision guidance of diagnostic and therapeutic injections, and a CLIA-certified laboratory.
We provide in-house access to physician assessment and treatment, injections, nerve ablations, pain management, acupuncture, physical therapy, and detailed home exercise programs. Everything a patient needs to return to a healthy lifestyle.
Core Medical Group and Core Physical Therapy offer compassionate care based upon the combined expertise of the Medical and Rehabilitation team. We treat patients with acute and chronic orthopedic conditions such as sprains or ligamentous injury, strains, tendinitis, rotator cuff tear, ACL/meniscal tears, Carpal tunnel syndrome, pre-and post-operative rehabilitation (Hip and knee replacements), fractures, spinal conditions such as radiculopathies, stenosis, slipped discs and degenerative arthritis. We also specialize in evaluating and treating patients with injuries from fall incidences, work injuries, and motor vehicular/pedestrian accidents.
